"Real Deal!! Trustworthy Shop"
This place is the real deal!!! The folks in customer service are super nice and really helpful! I made a purchase on their site last week, and my stuff showed up just 3 days after I hit that order button. I chatted with one of their reps, Faith, on the phone after I placed my order, and she was awesome at confirming if I got the right part for my pool cleaner. Definitely gonna order from them again! Plus, they’ve got a retail spot in Scottsdale, Arizona, so you know they’re legit.

"AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS"
AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS! Normally, I check out reviews prior to buying, but I skipped that step before ordering on 5/3/2021. It's now 5/27/2022, and still no sign of my order. To make matters worse, THEY WON'T RETURN YOUR CALLS! Total scam / Total scam / Total scam.

"Read This Before You Buy..."
I really hope you come across this before making a purchase, unlike me. This site is a total scam. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. They’ll take your cash, generate a bogus shipping label, and then ghost you on emails and calls. They claim to be based in 'Arizona,' but the fake label was made in Tennessee. I had to report fraud on my debit card. It’s a complete hassle and a real headache.

"Caution for Shoppers"
I really can't wrap my head around the fact that in 2020, a store would have a no-returns policy. Sure, it's on me for not looking into it, but honestly, I never thought a business could operate like that. If only I had found this site earlier. I won't be purchasing from them again.

"Absolutely would give no stars"
I’d totally give no stars if I could. I ordered some parts on February 15, 2020, and then got an email on February 18, 2020, saying it would take another 5-7 business days for them to show up. Now it’s April 11th, and I still haven’t seen my parts. I requested a refund, but nothing has been done. What a bunch of thieves.

"Check the return policy and restocking fees before buying."
Once I got the tune up kit, I realized I actually needed a complete new pool vacuum cleaner, not just the kit (the housing broke when I was taking it apart). The return policy here is pretty rough. They hit you with a 20% restocking fee, plus you gotta cover the return shipping costs. So, I figured I'd keep the part, hoping that the tune up kit might come in handy for my new pool vacuum down the line.

"Top-notch service"
The delivery guy dropped the ball (parts didn’t show up in Australia after over a month). But when I reached out, they sent replacements my way in just three days, no hassle at all.
